Pros
Opportunities to learn come in abundance if you are in the start of your IT career.
Cons
Middle management are lazy and aren't bothered to train staff properly. They expect you to find work for yourself when you have completed all tasks - even though you are new to the job and don't fully understand what else there is to do. Happy to put you down and boot you out the door as soon as the 3 months is up - while smiling in your face. There are definitely liars and backstabbers - but I guess that's they way of the world really.
