Wreckless senior management, have spent hundreds of thousands on a rebrand,along with continueing to hire even though client roles have dried up. Large players in the financial sector have been laying people off/ having hiring freezes.
This has led to the company underperforming meaning that consultants get almost no pay rise and a cut bonus. Regardless of how well you did, making the company a load of money on client.
