      Awful management - I wouldn’t work here

      - free food - incredible venues - staff are great

      Cons

      - they underpay you and then avoid you/gas light you if you question it - they will talk about you behind your back - they don’t acknowledge you - stressful environment - they just genuinely don’t care about you - they hire gorgeous immigrants from overseas and then underpay them, it was awful to watch - they speak poorly of the customers behind their back

      Good colleagues, aesthetic venues to work in

      Cons

      Toxic upper management and owners that fail to see their horrible management is ruining the venues and driving staff away. No work appreciation. Stolen staff tips. Poor communication skills, lack of support. Understaffed.
