      Pros

      Good mission and reasonable team who want to make a difference.

      Cons

      The founder is only the face of the organization when reporters are around and funders. It is a revolving door for people hired for the store. No real sense of when the company will break even Tons of wasted food from donors happening No benefits, no HR, no training

      Flexible schedule, team build up.

      Cons

      Procurement team lacks. The "office" is not conciderate of the store and just dump every store with unnecessary amounts of products. Barely any structure across the board. Very fast at pointing fingers or do not own fir their mistakes.
