Pros

Food,Outings,Day shift ,2 consecutive offs

Cons

Everything is a con, The work culture is very much messed up there is no proper respect and also they force you to work exceeding the work hours and also they will use you like a machine until your requirement is there and after that they will force people to leave not even with a notice period also almost 8 people have left the company in the same month because of few people in care team, The top level management is very good like Deepu sir,Vineet sir. i have huge respect for them but they are not aware of what is happening with the care team, for them you are just like a tissue they will use you and throw you out , it doesnt matter if you have been performing well or not they want Yes men who can say yes to people all the time they will force you to work in your weekoff's and will ask you to work overtime even if you're busy or have other works as well if you say no to all this the problems will start and also when you join the place they act as if there is no such a beautiful office environment but everything is fake dont fall for this and the important thing is there will be people who will manipulate you with certain things and will force you to drop your papers saying that you will be retained and the management will clear your issue please don't trust such people nobody's gonna save you.also there is no proper appraisals even if you are a good performer. one word short all they want is a machine who can say yes and who doesn't have self respect. If someone from Marrow is reading this kindly check with the support team agents and ask them for feedback and if someone drops there resignation kindly have a meet and understand why they did it instead of letting them go , stop using people understand they are humans and kindly change few people who are spoiling the culture at the office it was a great place until few people joined and turned it upside down ....

Pros

Timely pay Bonus Free meal Co workers Shift timings Macbook for all

Cons

Few people made life hell for everyone. Get rid of them. Less pay Unnecessary office work culture when everything can be done remotely. Being a medical startup there is no concern for employees well being. Only if you are tested for covid then only you will be heard for remote work. No respect for customer care team. Treated like lab rats. No one hears anything The only work for care team is to clean everyone's mess. Everything was stll going good but once the new head was appointed, he made sure to make everyone's life hell. The leadership team knows it yet turn a blind eye.

Pros

1. Decent pay if you can negotiate well 2. Good tech support

Cons

1. Toxic work culture in every possible way: If you’re looking for a crash course in unhealthy work environments, this place has it all. 2. No career growth if you have even a shred of self-respect: They prefer “yes people” who agree with everything without asking questions. Independent thinking? Not welcome here. 3. Promises, promises... but none are kept: Expect to be told multiple versions of the same story. Clarity around your job role or pay? That’s just a nice fantasy. 4. Micro-management galore: Forget doing your actual work — you’ll spend most of your time explaining what you're doing in endless meetings. 5. Work-life balance? Only if you consider working nights, weekends, and holidays on short notice balanced: Flexibility here means you flex your personal life to fit their needs. 6. Need permission for everything: From changing a cell in a spreadsheet to grabbing a cup of coffee, prepare to ask for approval like you're in grade school. 7. Your creativity belongs to your manager/ wannabe manager: Work on a project for weeks? Don’t be surprised when your manager takes full credit, and it shows up on their LinkedIn profile. 8. Get ready for the bus, because you’ll be thrown under it: When something goes wrong — whether it’s your fault or not — don’t expect your boss to have your back. They’ll be the first to blame you.
