If you have worked for less hours, every time you need to ask manager's approval and answer his silly questions even if you have to sit idle in office.
If manager decline to approve your short leave, your one day salary gets deducted.
They give you increment letter, but the increment in your salary will be divided in two halves (6 months) So, if you got Rs. X hike in April. Effectively it will be X/2 from April-September and From Oct-March the other half will be added into payslip.
