      On time salary pay ish.

      Cons

      -surprise salary cut after six months -don't pay full commission -looking for quick results but don't deliver -no career growth -no capability to deliver client services -office smells bad and looks like in a basement setting -no enough lightings and ventilation -owners voice matters for entire operation including HR -HR acts solely based on the ceo/owner instructions only -if your a woman, stay away from this company -if you're a man, they all left -Inappropriate personal proposal and sensual behavior

      As an employee, was Expecting salary on time, but salary was never paid on time. Its been 5 months still haven't received my full salary.

      Cons

      1) No salary on time. 2) No professionalism in responding to the salary 3) when resigned, they didn't paid full salary.
