      Family atmosphere. Close-knit team of co-workers. No micromanagement. Ability to take part and learn several different roles of the project process.

      Cons

      Disorganized workflow. Typically 50+ hour work week with no overtime pay. Few to no raises or bonuses. Understaffed. No management presence.
