Favoritism and untrustworthy management is prevalent. Certain people are allowed to WFH while others have to risk their health during Covid. They structure middle mgmt feedback system so that anonymity protects both parties. I never interviewed with my team. Was relocated to different location during hiring process. I met my supervisor once over the course of the year and he immediately made me feel uncomfortable because I came in at Senior position with great salary. I was never given a proper intro to the team, bounced around between programs (funding issues galore). Tasked out of my role. Save your money while you work there just in case they don’t like you. It will be obvious. Trust your gut. Save plenty. Don’t trust HR
