      there are no pros for this company

      Cons

      The company does not pay there employees, paychecks are no good and bounce all the time. There is no management. Michelle only knows how to scream and belittle the employees, no communication what so ever.

      No benefits. And the company is local. I’d work for this employer if he expanded.
