No Formal Employment or Compensation Despite contributing to business development (like converting leads), there’s no salary, offer letter, or formal recognition of work. Poor Communication & Transparency Leadership often fails to communicate clear goals, expectations, or updates, leading to confusion and misalignment. Unprofessional Work Environment The company lacks corporate practices and often operates informally, which affects credibility in external dealings. No Career Growth Plan There are no performance reviews, upskilling plans, or structured mentorship for long-term growth. Credit Not Given for Contributions Individual efforts and achievements (such as bringing in leads) are not acknowledged or documented. Unstable Business Focus Company’s direction seems to shift frequently without market validation, leading to unclear priorities.
