Good working hours. Well paid.

Cons

Bloated. Many managers, many teams, little work being done and bad practices used. Little interest in improving or changing the status quo. Many managers block work if they believe it is not in their immediate interest. Attempts to improve processes or introduce new ideas blocked. For example, CI processes introduced then abandoned until too late in sdlc to fix issues, releasing poor software to customers.
