Pros
1. free food breakfast , lunch , evening snacks. 2. Work is good. 3. Pay is good ( might go better is you are some relative of the upper management) 4. You might even be offered a position which you do not deserve if you relative of the upper management.
Cons
To start with 1. The management is completely screwed , there is literally some 'ghar-ghar' game going on in the management. ( Only people who are related to upper management are in higher positions , and they dont give a damn about where the company is going). 2. Only if you know how to be sweet at face of this upper management can you survive this 'ghar-ghar'. 3. Simple things like leave management and pay slips are generated manually not to mention extremely error prone. 4. IN time and out time is religiously noticed ( you might be levied an extra half day leave if you come post 11 am or leave before 4pm) 5. Admin is good for nothing. ( Though they are extremely better at spying , what time you come , what time you go , bla bla). 6. HR is new and really has done nothing to help as of now. 7. The company does not care about its employees when ill. 8 No work life balance , even on holiday you might be asked to carry office laptops in case support is required from your end. 9. The company does not treat its employees equally , biased behaviour towards certain employees.
