Pros
The team is small so you have a lot of opportunity to influence the product and have plenty of flexibility, the product is in a good market with a ton of space for innovation, the company has a lot of benefits for being so small, and the team is very collaborative. The CEO has a lot of business experience and knows what he's doing when it comes to bringing up a startup.
Cons
The work can be a bit turbulent depending on what clients are asking for (as you can expect in a small company), and sometimes deadlines come up unexpectedly when something falls through the cracks, which might lead to long hours. That seems to be the exception to the rule though.
