Equipment always breaking down, lack of standards enforcement except when the government is looking, mandatory overtime, inflexible schedule, getting hassled when you want to utilize the PTO, obscure internal practices, dishonest management, lack of real day-to-day leadership, low pay. A fizzling company.

Terrible management--no one knows what they are doing, which prolongs the process of going to market unnecessarily. Data generated by the company is questionable. Management does not listen to employees with experience, and instead prefers to hire fresh out of school employees with no prior experience who cannot criticize them. Everyone who is competent will eventually leave.
