      Pros

      I love working at Counter! Everyone is so smart, hardworking, and genuinely inspiring, which makes coming to work enjoyable. There’s no micromanaging, and I feel trusted to do my job. The culture is flexible, open, and collaborative, which makes it easy to do great work. I love my boss and the company and appreciate the great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Parking can be difficult on in-office days. It’s a startup and things can move fast and change quickly.

      Pros

      Enjoy working here. Everyone is nice and works as a team to get things done. Start up vibes so you need to be self-sufficient and able to work with little organizational overhead.

      Small company with Start Up Vibes. Work can be chaotic and fast paced so may not be for everyone.
