      Entry level staff are encouraged and supported to learn and grow Company is financially stable and so can cater for it's employees Recognised underwriter

      Cons

      Some structure issues here and there that mean that work f=doesn't flow as smoothly Is a traditional insurer and technology adoption is very slow
