Being able to bonus but you’re not even able to do that anymore.

Cons

Owners are selfish and greedy. This company does not care about you, at all. They only care about getting money in their pocket. They’ll do ANYTHiNG to make that happen. Do not work here if you have a family, they do not care. Management just does anything to please the owners, having zero values or morals. Micro management for every second you are on the clock or should be on the clock.
