Pros

I cannot come up with 5 pros for this company.

Cons

I experienced increasing workplace pressure that felt unrealistic and punitive rather than supportive. I was frequently expected to travel between multiple sites in a single day using my own car, with inadequate reimbursement for mileage and fuel, and schedules that made it feel as though I was expected to be in two places at once. Alongside this, I experienced dismissive and bullying behaviour from administrative staff, which added to an already high level of operational stress. These expectations placed financial, logistical, and emotional strain on me and were not sustainable. While the nursing staff were largely supportive and kind, the atmosphere changed noticeably once my manager became aware—via HR—that I was planning to leave. After this point, I felt a clear shift in attitude from management, with reduced warmth and support and an increased sense of scrutiny. This change contributed significantly to my distress and reinforced the feeling that I was being treated differently once I was no longer seen as a long-term asset to the organisation.
