They get 70% cut from the actual rate that your client pays you. They will just give you jobs/tasks but isnt really helpful. Better if you'd find a direct than working for this company. They have PMs who will supervise you but doesnt have any idea of what are the actuals works involved to get things done and if you complain about the extra tasks outside your scope, they will just tell you to "Just do it and follow the client's instruction" this is the kind of support you get from this ridiculous "company". No wonder tons of clients left them and ended their contracts abruptly. No growth so if you're looking to getting promoted and moving to a better role, look elsewhere.
