The expectation is that on top on your normal working hours, you may have to work weekends, evenings and anytime that it is required for you to work overtime. This time will not be financially compensated and these demands will go on for months and months on end. If you stick to your normal working hours, a typical Henry response is to make you feel guilty and place on you the responsibility of letting people down because you refused to work beyond your normal hours. He may call you on a Sunday because you are needed at the office. You must drop everything, slowly your life will be stolen from you, his demands become your priority and you must stay silent while he yells at you over the phone or in front of other colleagues: no boundaries. It is a usual occurrence to experience burnout or any other stress related consequences derived from this environment. The company does not offer any support system nor does it assist its employees when this occurs.
