Technology and processes are a bit rusty. Decision-making in internal processes could be quite non-transparent and biased. People get unfair recognition and unfair compensation. The more you care about the real quality of your work - the less you'll be paid. If you happen to have low self-esteem - management does like you a lot then (but won't pay you, of course). But the worst part - there're few people who will smile to your face but will act completely differently behind your back. And you won't know this until it's too late. They are only few but they influence A LOT. Be prepared.
