Pros

They help you with your visa process, which is still very arduous. Teaching children can be very rewarding in itself.

Cons

Only paid a small monthly stipend. Placement took months and was very hard to find a place to live when you do not know where you will be working and commuting. Advertised as 4 hours a day, 4 hours a week. what that really means is 4 classes a day, with several off periods and breaks in-between, was more like 6-7 hour work days. School can be VERY far from the center of city. and you may have up to 4 different schools, and 4 different commutes. in some classes I was an assistant, and others, I would lead the entire class with no help or supervision from the teacher whatsoever.

Pros

A great way to move to Spain and immerse yourself in the culture while still having a buffer of a community and the company to guide you along the process.

Cons

Pay is quite low and you will most likely have to save a bit of money before moving over and/or do jobs on the side like tutoring or babysitting.
