Management lacks empathy and bullies staff members when they are feeling their lowest and most vulnerable, favouritism is a language this office speaks well and the office is infested with bugs and they did nothing about it.
Expectation are high but management and incentives lack consistency' commission structure can change in days before month end leaving agents financially impacted after already putting the work

Micromanagement is heavy, close tracking time and acw and public call outs hurt morale. The focus feels more on monitoring than actual performance. The pressure outweighs the pay and stability not a role I would recommend if you value fairness autonomy or consistent earnings
