Pros
- some of the client work can be interesting - they used to have a talented employees
Cons
- leadership thinks AI will do everything - zero job safety; employees, even ones with zero negative feedback during their tenure, are let go in a flash, with zero notice or warnings - leadership is a complete joke; the 2 ladies that help run things make $200K and have completely destroyed what CGM used to be, including revenue - leadership does absolutely nothing to help the staff; they occasionally dial into client meetings and pretend to pay attention but more often than not they're just silent and useless - reduced a lot of the benefits including the monthly employee stipend which used to be $200 and is now just $100
