- this is an immature startup previously known as Quintessential Ai
- complexion has no product any business could truly trust to use and I don't believe that anyone knows when something useful might be created. only half-baked use cases. funny that investors keep paying for promises of incredible ai tools they will get one day
- most managers are OK but there's an exception who makes people feel uneasy.
- job security is questionable. not long ago a few people disappeared erased from the company within minutes. they were excellent at what they were doing according to everyone who worked with them and had no intention to quit. another one or more cases of this happened earlier
- complexio is not too bad, meaning you get paid and maybe if you don't stand out and keep your mouth shut you should be fine. it's an old and proven recipe. remember most colleagues are pretty great as I said before
- If you do not start here as a manager, there is probably not much career opportunities
- complexio started to impose dramatic security which investors are supposed to like and feel happy with while they aren't seeing any real results. think spyware on employees laptops, loads of permissions for whatever and so on.
- no company culture to speak of to be honest
think twice about working here if you have a choice. if you still end up at complexio, make sure to apply for at least one job every day just in case. you'll thank me later.
