      Easy to chug along, since it pretends to be a tech company. good for non technical folks.

      Cons

      if you are an engineer, youll be working with fools who dont know how to build software.

      - Good work culture and relaxed atmosphere. - Lots of work areas and career paths. Employees are encouraged to take ownership and develop their own career. - Management has genuine care of morale, doesn't penny pinch, or put in controls and rules just for the sake of it.

      - Unavoidable evening calls with US almost every day of the week.
