Pros
Variety of Work on Offer Communal atmosphere where everyone helps each other succeed. Leadership and Heads of Departments really care for all their employees. People can innovate their own positions if they think its profitable/marketable. Always striving for bigger and better things without losing the quality or community. Very understanding PTO and will work with you on household circumstances to keep you on-board. Once you've joined their 'family' you don't ever want to leave nor do they want to let you go as they'll personally help train and groom you for the position/work detail that you want.
Cons
Because its constantly growing the core structure of the company is ever shifting so sometimes its confusing on the order of operations or how best to report on an issue for upper management to solve. Having to move desks a lot as departments are always changing/growing and we've almost out-grown our current facility.
