very toxic work environment that is created by the ceo. It is rare to come out of a meeting not thinking you're going to be fired. If you value your mental health, this is not the place for you.

One positive aspect is the level of autonomy provided. You're not micromanaged, which allows you to take ownership of your work and manage your time as you see fit. This can be a great environment for self-starters who thrive with independence.

Cons

Working here has been frustrating due to the lack of effective management and communication. There seems to be no clear direction or accountability, which makes cross-functional collaboration nearly impossible. Teams are siloed, and important updates often fall through the cracks, leaving everyone scrambling. It's disappointing to see so much potential wasted because of poor leadership and disorganization.
