Friendly clientele, excellent employee discount, quality merchandise and the company has great international presence. The staff I work with are professional and the manager is knowledgeable. Good store hours and hourly compensation is above average.
Cons
We are under staffed sometimes. The pos system needs to be updated.

Great sense of family and belonging with coworkers Great store-level management staff Decent pay Zero stress to meet goals

Too much abuse for too little pay. Working with entitled geriatrics. The elderly are incredibly dirty and rude, they will make a mess of the place and get angry at you for it.
