Childish people working at Arc. I'll explain: I've been a featured mentor of the week for almost 5 years in a row. Yes, more than 50 months or 200 weeks. But! A couple of months ago I had a scheduled session with a client, and there was a problem with her credit card, so I told her to do the session with my Zoom account and she could pay later. Next day I received a message from the Codementor/Arc team, telling me I was breaking the terms and conditions of the platform. Then they removed my featured status. The funny thing is that: 1) My client payed through the CM platform, meaning they got their fees 2) After almost 2 months they didn't give my featured status back. Now I had my best week of the year at the platform, meaning I did a lot of successful sessions, and the still kind of "banned" me because I didn't do that session using their platform, 2 months ago. Isn't it funny how they decide who is "featured" and who is not?
