Cons
Congested working environment, shared office with marketing company and Youtuber. Pantry always occupied for video recording. High turnover rate. To survive, people should be able to learn under no support and beware of being positioned as some evil position. Take into consideration their own career path and fight for it, no one will plan it for you.
