We are all entitled to our own opinion but it won't always line up with other people's reality. The reality for me is that ClinIntell is an amazing small company. It is a place that values transparency and communication (which goes both ways). It is fast-paced, rewards output (not busy work), and leadership are truly invested in your growth. The constructive feedback that I've received over the years has benefited me tremendously. It allowed me to correct course, become more self-aware, and be effective at what I do. You wouldn't believe that some of us have gone most of our lives never getting true constructive feedback and I can't imagine how shocking it must've been to get one. Also keep in mind that during every interview, we tell our candidates that we don't like to beat around the bush and will give candid and respectful feedback when needed. When you get constructive feedback, you have to either look your flaws straight in the eye and fix them or run away. Some people run away. ClinIntell is not corporate America. It is a small company that values people who are ambitious and truly understand how to manage work-life harmony. PTO is unlimited, healthcare is completely covered, Friday's lunch is covered, snacks and drinks are stocked up and we're often treated to fun events and delicious restaurants. We have tons of fun and everyone is extremely close. As for my personal growth, I can't imagine any company that would allow me to start out as a healthcare reporting analyst then become a technical program manager to getting into UI/UX, and become the director of product design. I got to shape my own destiny here and that is the biggest pro!
