It’s just not very good They do like to hire minorities and immigrants as they see these persons as easier to manipulate.
Cons
Low pay Opportunities for growth are non existent. Management treats employees like slaves. You will be told you can easily be replaced Management will lie to get you to agree to change up your regular duties, then claim they never agreed to whatever they promised. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. just remember that if they are speaking poorly about another coworker, there doing it about you when your not there. Seriously poor decisions by management cost the company some contracts.
