-Benefits are lacking and not competitive -Raises seem to be non existent/limited from what I experienced and heard -Understaffed Helpdesk team leads to crazy workloads where everything is a fire but often due to lack of planning or proper oversight in a project completed by an internal Clare employee. -Burn out was clear amongst many employees -Poor downstream communication from management -Change isn't easily accepted by all employees and they're coddled by their superiors
