No politics or favoritism only your work matters and appreciated for the work done. Can gain good knowledge as most of the projects are complex

Cons

1.bad hikes 2.no work life balance 3.very short term projects and need to come to pool very often and appear again for interviews to get projects and there is a 3 month bench policy too, you may get fired if not hired to project in 3 months.

Pros

1. No Politics 2. You work recognizes you. No favoritism and equal opportunities are given. 2. Good work life balance in few projects and no work life balance in few purely depends on the project we get.

Cons

1. No good hikes 2. No work life balance in few projects

Pros

Managers show favoritism. When you are on the bench, the bench manager treats you poorly, almost like a slave. If you miss a call, they immediately escalate the issue and send an email to HR recommending termination. If you're lucky, you might get assigned to a project — but usually only for a few months. They force you to complete a lot of useless training sessions. Overall, it’s a bad choice for your career.

Cons

Under the new CEO Rajan, the company has become even worse. - There are hardly any projects available; top management spends most of their time playing politics. - There is no career growth. - The company falsely markets itself as a healthcare technology expert. - Clients can terminate projects at any time, and CitiusTech management simply watches without taking any action to protect their teams. - Although it is a private company on paper, the top management behaves like unmotivated government employees.

Pros

1. Most project have latest technology stack and exposure to current trending technology landscape. Organization is well focused for capturing growth opportunities in newer tech domains. 2. Training function is very strong with wholehearted support provided for internal trainings; external training courses procurement based on project needs with lightening pace. 3. Compensation levels can be a mixed bag in short term but over a medium term you will be aligned with industry benchmark. Having spent 13+ years in CT I can definitely vouch for that. 4. Rewards and recongitions, celebration of various events are regularly planned by HR to keep the employee morale and boost work environment. 5. Never faced or experienced office politics, favoritism or any social/gender biases at any stage. 6. Leadership and HR are always approachable for genuine concerns.

Cons

1. Few projects have work life balance issues owing to undue client expectations and poor sales strategy/overcommitment. 2. Staffing function can improve to better align resource allocation as per employee skills to avoid misfit allocations leading rejections.

Work Life Balance

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

Exposure to real-time projects and production-level work. Opportunities to take ownership if you're proactive. Learning potential is decent if you're self-driven.

Cons

Poor work-life balance: Consistently expected to work long hours (often till 3 AM) without recognition or extra support. Lack of appreciation: Extended hours and extra effort often go unnoticed and unrewarded. Office politics and favoritism: Advancement and visibility seem to depend more on internal politics than merit or performance. Limited support from management: Feedback mechanisms and career support feel underdeveloped or superficial.
