It’s a pyramid scheme. You go in they pay you nada you make about $500 per week at 56 hours a week and you never move up. When people stop applying they cancel their business and open another one under a different name.
Such a great work atmosphere. Never a day where I dread coming in. The ceo is honestly so wonderful she gets to know everyone who comes through the door on a personal level. This company cares so much about the people who work here.
All training is included, and they make sure new employees know exactly how to do things before they start taking on respibsibility (not micromanaging!!)
