Pros
- well paid (on time) - nice working hour - teaching 20 hours per week - autonomy - free meals
Cons
- lack of communication always - foreign teachers are the last people to figure out what’s going on at school - notified by one of a female Korean English teacher with wrong information - no contact or consultation with parents - piles of comments to write on even if there is nothing to talk about for those who didn’t put any effort in classroom - no admin support for foreign teachers at all - no socialization - no perks
