Support team is friendly and collaborative. You get to interact with users from different regions, which is a great experience. The platform itself is evolving, so you learn a lot while helping users understand it.

Cons

Because the product is still growing, users sometimes have many questions, which can increase workload.

Working at Cheelee gave me solid exposure to a fast-growing digital product. The team is dynamic, and there’s a strong focus on user engagement and creative campaigns. I liked that ideas could be tested quickly without too many layers of approval.
