Good Company overall but it depends on which department and manager you work for . Good pay & benefit.

Cons

-I worked for Celgene over 3 years , its a good company to work for but unfortunately I worked in Corporate Accounting which it runs by Mr. right who surrounded himself with bunch of yes men. There are so much Favoritism, politics , double standard and discrimination especially against older employee in that department. He appointed some incompetent middle managers who don't have the minimum skills to manage and don't even know what they are managing . - I would say in my career I have not seen a manager as horrible as my former manager. She micromanaged and wants to control everything

Celgene Corporation is a good company overall in terms of salary, benefits, flexible work hours, and growth potential.

Cons

The CCT division has toxic Managers that gossip, set people against each other, sabotage work efforts, and lie. HR believes the Managers and never supports or asks the employees what is happening. The signs are there but it is constantly ignored. Too many well qualified, superior performers were pushed out the door because of the bad Managers. The reputation of Celgene will be tarnished as the environment will lead to regulatory issues and more!

Pros

Good benefits, stock, bonuses, etc... The people that work there are generally friendly and the environment is laid back. Most of the management knows what they are doing when it comes to leadership. The manufacturing management is awesome!

Cons

HR is horrible! HR is always on the side of management no matter what the situation. HR goes against policy when it comes to employee rights. They need a new HR person. Ask for something in writing and she will tell you to find it yourself. A few of the managers at the Phoenix site are not natural leaders. I wonder how they even got to that position. They treat you like you are a child and expect you to be perfect. In addition, their boss is ineffective. Be careful about what department you go into or transfer to. It could mean the end of your job.
