      Pros

      Literally the worst company culture and environment I've ever worked at. No pros.

      Cons

      See above. Constant turnover, nepotism from the top down, product doesn't work, engineers are not listened to, sales people cannot make their number.

      We had our bad days but things are looking better. Not sure what kind of nepotism is referred, this is by no means a family owned company. We have made great strides with our product and customers are delighted to use it. With our open door, open communication policy any employee can anonymously make suggestions or criticize Cavirin policies and processes.       overall the worst startup to have worked for. Politics driven and no room for growth.

      Cavirin takes pride as a small nimble startup with customer first focus. At Cavirin we believe performance and not politics is way of life. Cavirin has open door policy and now for few months we even have fireside chat to address any concerns anonymously. All employees have plenty of opportunity for learning.       Worst company w/horrible benefits and very poorly managed

      Pros

      Had a reasonable product two years ago but gone straight downhill ever since.

      Cons

      Several changes in management -very poorly managed and the worst benefits package I have ever had. Zero leadership and scambling to cover their backs due to continued poor decision making. Salaried execs now keep daily time sheets - micromanagement on this is driving focus away from the real issues. Unlikely this company will survive too much longer.

      Sometime change is inevitable to steer the company in the right direction. We feel now we have successfully managed to drive the company full steam ahead in the right direction. No one has been keeping timesheets, ever. We do evaluate employees for the performance and customer first focus. We do not think that is micro management.
