Worst company w/horrible benefits and very poorly managed - Director Cavirin Employee Review

Sometime change is inevitable to steer the company in the right direction. We feel now we have successfully managed to drive the company full steam ahead in the right direction. No one has been keeping timesheets, ever. We do evaluate employees for the performance and customer first focus. We do not think that is micro management.
