Pros

Fellow Employees were great. You actually had a chance to learn new skills. Free Employee server. Learn how Argentines speak Spanish.

Cons

Owner treats management poorly, and even the best managers end up passing it along. Actual literal nepotism, he makes sure his nephews get work there. Owner will take a 30 minute meeting and expand it into 3 hours.

Pros

Good entry level job for the industry, exposure to a lot of different equipment, very intelligent and fun people (for the most part). It's fun to build a foundation for your future and help you experience the different areas of the field. Very talented people in DevOps. I learnt lots and had stayed only for the people.

Cons

Several limitations to do ANYTHING, rotational and dysfunctional upper organization, no real work towards bettering the employees. Expectations increase with no real training to back it up and the training in place is not good. Nobody is there to assist AJ with all he does. Management is lacking people and skills. Infrastructure needs updates. To expand on what other reviewers have mentioned about the owner... Joe McMillen is not a good person. This company exists only to fill his pockets and to give his nephews a good position at a company. His attitude and actions towards his employees involves being screamed at for 'wasting his dollars', butting heads about how things should run (ideas great 10 years ago) or not acknowledging your existence at all. He is very intelligent but a person who must display his power. He is the single biggest problem the company has holding it back and nobody should have to cater to him the way he makes people.

Pros

You learn a lot being there, systems, networking, hardware, programming. You can join as a beginner and leave experienced with lots of knowledge.

Cons

Horrible management, in fact, there is no manager now. (as of beginning 2018). The company is kind of suffering now, and many clients are getting mad because of the bad service they're getting. Salary is below average.

By your own omission you learned systems, networking, and programing. Most people go into debt to learn these skills, you got paid. Any constructive critisim to management with specifics is apreciatated.
