Good/fun people to work with depending on location, training good depending on the trainer

High staff turn-over for a reason, causing the hiring incapable/underskilled customer care staff, unhealthy working environment and abused by customers on a daily basis, unmanageable workload with no benefits or career progression, long hours starting at 7 or 8am
Ive worked in a number of different workplaces since Ive worked here and this place still stands out as one of the best places Ive worked for! Management and head office are super supportive of their staff. Very professional with how they go about things, great incentives, excellent 1 on 1 training for newcomers, great processes and systems.
Cons
Not to the fault of the company, but one colleague made my experience there very unpleasant hence my departure.
