Pros

Good work environment. Managers are supportive. Senior management people are easily approachable. Leaves can be taken easily. Good learning opportunities.

Cons

For bench resources, getting a project can be difficult owing to client specific demands. More focused on a particular account.

Pros

Great benefit, Some projects might be good.

Cons

If you join the wrong project, it'll be your terrible dream. 1. Urgent tasks were repeatedly assigned without planning or clear timelines, often interrupting existing work. 2. When WFH, some employees were required to remain continuously on-call, while the manager and selected team members appeared to have more flexibility and fewer controls. 3. The manager contacted HR to change the official laptop return time without consent, which felt coercive and caused significant distress.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that your project experience felt unstructured. Clear planning, fair expectations across teams, and professional conduct are standards we expect across the firm in line with our core values. We encourage employees to raise any concerns with their HR Business Partner or a member of the leadership team so they can be addressed appropriately.

Pros

-27 days of vacation for manager+ -There are some great people who get it

Cons

-No work/life balance due to unrealistic workloads, makes taking all that vacation and actually being on vacation incredibly difficult -Had rolling layoffs all year, then increased employee workloads/expectations -Some of the men (MPs and above), have issues working with strong, smart women -Toxic culture in how senior leadership treats people, especially in Canada -Old school FS culture

We appreciate your feedback. At Capco, we take any concerns around burnout, inclusion, and leadership behavior seriously, and we have always placed significant emphasis on strengthening leadership capability, fostering psychological safety, and ensuring our teams feel heard and supported. In Canada, we are proud to have one of our most gender-diverse leadership teams at Capco, and we continue to focus on building an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, with Be Yourself At Work being a core value of Capco. Pros

I really enjoy working at Capco. I've been with the company almost 20 years! The team is friendly and supportive, and there are lots of chances to learn new skills and grow in your career. The work is interesting and keeps you challenged. Managers are easy to talk to and care about employees. They also respect work-life balance. Overall, it’s a great company to work for.

Cons

I don't have any cons, Capco has been a great company to work for.

Pros

- Good office location in London - Culture is ok, colleagues are mostly nice - a variety of FS clients - Good to join as a senior and work until retirement

Cons

- lack of career development/opportunities despite having achieved all the milestones. Career development could be intentionally slowed down - time-based progression and not merit-based. Lack of transparency and clarify on career progression upfront (e.g. during interviews). - juniors are doing leg work on most projects and not all projects are interesting. Juniors might also not be allowed to work on more complex tasks despite having the technical ability to. - poor management from line managers as most are inexperienced. - pay is so poor compared to the market especially if you are junior, very minimal bonus each year. Pay rise is non-existent.

Pros

Great managers - supportive and aspirational which makes challenging days a lot easier. Very connected to Global offices. Smaller in region which brings greater career opportunities. Colleagues are highly skilled which presents good learning opportunities. Culture is very people focussed. You feel very known and not lost in a bigger machine.

Cons

Consultant Environment in the Middle East is tough. Boutique and not big 4 so you need to get your hands dirty. Progression structure exists globally but less reinforced in the region - you need to drive it.

Pros

Because managers are too busy, staff work with considerable autonomy.

Cons

- The current mentor–mentee framework is ineffective. Mentors seldom dedicate meaningful time to their mentees, and in my case, my mentor never initiated contact. - Capco isn’t truly a consulting firm—it runs more like a body shop.
