Abrupt contract terminations without notice or support. Lack of learning and development opportunities. I worked at Calpine Solution for many years, dedicating myself to projects and the company’s growth. Unfortunately, my experience ended on a sour note. One fine day, the client I had been supporting for years suddenly terminated the contract, and the company immediately let me go without any prior notice or support. This wasn’t an isolated incident — several of my senior colleagues faced the same abrupt treatment. The company often raises false hopes about career growth and stability but fails to deliver on those promises. There's no clear vision for employees, no genuine opportunities for development, and no proper communication or support during challenging times. It's disheartening to see a company I once respected now struggling and letting down its employees. The leadership, especially the CEO, lacks empathy and strategic direction. Decisions are often short-sighted and fail to prioritize the well-being of employees, leaving many feeling undervalued and expendable.
