      Calance is worst than HELL for a Talented person

      I have not found any.

      Cons

      1. Hire & fire on completion of project doesn't matter how much you have contributed. 2. Only small projects 4-6 months. 3. No SDLC or STLC process defined. 4. No Learning ! No personal growth 5. No Appraisals . Even they don't know exactly what is this. 6. No DEFINED WORKING HOURS. You have to work 10 -18 hrs a day. 7. Their manager treat you like a slave. 8. No Comp-off , Food & conveyance if you working on Sat/Sun or on Holiday. 9. Their managers will make you fool by saying that this is release/build day. 10. The company standard is below CMM level 2

      If I am being honest to a friend I would not want them to work here.

      Cons

      horrible favoritism, every employee is treated differently no consistency. Management sorely lacking. No career growth. Very depressing environment. Nothing but backstabbing, lies and whining.
