      Pros

      I recently moved back to the USA for family reasons. My time at CatECH was very positive and I will miss everyone I met working there. I would highly recommend CaTech to anyone looking to work for a great progressive company. - Monthly Lunches - Lots of Employee shared activities such as Golf, BaseBall, Golf and Outings - Flex hours - Modern tools and education - Lots of employees with 15 years +

      I had nothing I saw that was negative, Management and customers were great. Everyone worked in a team enviroment.

      Leaving at the end of the day.

      Cons

      Mismanaged organization, leadership hierarchy is comprised of owners friends and other yes men, including his second wife. Cronyism is rampant within the company, I was promised a promotion for 2 years of steadily increasing sales, which now account for over fifty percent of the total business conducted by the company, yet somehow the position was gifted to the owner's daughter who regularly fails to meet the most basic sales targets.

      Great team culture within the branch, good wages and fair performance metrics. Open communication and support from management, RRSP Matching.

      Cons

      No major dental or stock options, Learning objectives for technicians are not outlined, Suggest creating training materials.
