The Pay is somewhat okay...

Higher management have no experience in cybersecurity so forget CTI. (In fact doesn't even understand basic IT system) None work-life balance. It is more like cyber sec people on customer support. Extreme top-notch politics at the highest level. The solution/service are just phoney. Open-source tools do much better jobs. Start-up culture is just unprofessional to an unacceptable level. Absolute no go for people starting their career. Nothing to learn technically. You will just learn bad behavioural skills. Won't recommend to experienced folks either You will argue with leadership everyday on very mandane stuff.

Technology is an interface that is masking an empty shell. Intelligence is procured and unverified, other data is acquired for free through open sources. Poisonous culture with management only looking out for themselves. This starts at the very top with lies throughout everything that is being told. Infighting, political power games and backstabbing are the norm. This results in utter incompetence at every level of the organization. Inflating revenue just to get the next round of funding to keep everything afloat in the hope of a quick and juicy exit.

Great technology. Definitely worth working with.

Cons

Senior management with a mediocre understanding of multinational working. No understanding of cultural differences in working environments and legal implications/differences. Questionable operational and business decisions.
