That could be affected by mood and current project leader. 3. Lack of transparency. 4. Lack of decision-making from supervisors stall projects 5. Lack of instruction from management deems most work done by you unused, unusable, unappreciated, and unpaid. 6. Salary's bulk was commission-based. And it was never honored. Not a single dollar commission was ever paid. 7. There is no congruent company culture, career path, or events of any type by the company.
